Some treatments require a patch test 48 hours before the appointment, please check the treatment pages for more details. Please take the time to read our cancellation policies.
We frequently post last-minute appointments on our Facebook and Instagram pages.

Cancellation Policy
Beauty Treatments
We understand that situations arise that may require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To accommodate all our clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled time.
Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the total treatment cost.
Cancellations on the day of your appointment or failure to attend will result in 100% of the treatment cost being charged. This will need to be paid before the next appointment is made.
We value your time and ours, and this policy ensures we can continue to offer high-quality services to all of our clients. Thank you for your understanding.
Permanent Make Up
The following policies apply to Lip blush and Ombré Powder Brows.
Booking and deposit
A non-refundable deposit of £75 is required to secure your permanent makeup appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so up to 7 days before your scheduled appointment date. Your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date.
Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the appointment will result in the loss of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
Cancellation
All cancellations will result in the loss of your £75 deposit, as it is non-refundable.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our cancellation policy. Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment will still require a full treatment price.
No-shows
Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of your deposit, you will be required to pay a new deposit for any future appointments and missed treatment price.
